ORDERS & SHIPPING
All of our items are made-to-order and typically take 3-4 weeks to complete, excluding shipping time.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@olaindra.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once you receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details, we may be unable to make changes. Address updates can be made if the package is still at our facility, but once the package has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
All custom orders are non-refundable. However, if a product arrives faulty, we will review each case individually, and customers may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit after inspection.
What Qualifies as a Custom Order? Any item labeled "Custom" on our website, or requests made via email or custom order invoices.
Custom wigs typically take 12-20 weeks for production, though delays may occur due to limited donor availability. By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.

Domestic Shipping:
UPS / USPS Standard (3-4 business days): $15
UPS / USPS Express (1-2 business days): $30
International Shipping:
FedEx / DHL Standard (5 business days): $50
FedEx / DHL Express (2-3 business days): $75
International Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by their country. These fees vary and are not calculated by olaindra.com. For more information, please contact your local customs office. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, your package will be abandoned, and a refund will not be issued.
Please note that all prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars. The exact exchange rate applied to your purchase is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.
