Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition: - No alterations (e.g., hair coloring, trimming, or cutting) - Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged - Lace must be uncut, untorn, and in original condition - Must include original packaging and proof of purchase
How to Process a Return:
Email us at support@olaindra.com with the subject line "Returns" and include your order number, name, and reason for the return.
For damaged items, please attach a photo of the damage.
We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
To avoid lost packages, we recommend obtaining proof of postage or tracking information. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
